A truffle ceremony at Stars Frequencies is a guided day of about 7 hours in Amsterdam, for people who feel stuck in ongoing stress and want room to pause. It isn't a treatment. Rosa guides you in a small group of up to 8 people (€295 per person) or privately (€495), and every ceremony includes meditation and sound healing.
Stress used to be temporary. A busy period, a deadline, a move. Afterwards it would calm down. But the next busy period came before the calm did.
Now your system is always a little switched on. Your shoulders are tense, your breath is short, your phone is within reach. On holiday you need a week to land, and then the week is nearly over.
People who live like this often aren't looking for a big experience. They're looking for a day on which it finally goes quiet in their head, so they can see what's really going on.
Letting go isn't a condition. It's a result. People who are always switched on are told to relax. That's exactly what doesn't work. Here you start with landing, with sound and silence, and relaxation can come when it comes.
Which health situations rule a ceremony out, you can read on the page about safety and contraindications.
You arrive calmly. Rosa leads the meditation and plays the singing bowls live in the room. Your mind gets something to follow and your body can settle. Meditation and sound healing are part of every ceremony, private and duo ceremonies too. You don't have to let go of anything before you're ready.
For a mind that's always on, silence feels uncomfortable at first. So the day starts with something to rest on: Rosa's voice, the sound of the bowls, a meditation that brings you step by step into your body. You don't have to do anything to relax.
A difficult moment can happen. You're not alone with it. Rosa stays in the room for the whole ceremony and there is always an emergency protocol. You can talk, move and ask Rosa to come and sit beside you. Difficult moments are part of it; they're not a sign that something is going wrong.
When your body finally settles, restlessness or sadness can come up too. That isn't a sign that something is going wrong. Rosa stays in the room, sits with you if you ask and helps you slow your breath.
“At the hardest moment, Rosa stayed beside me.”
Every ceremony starts with a free 30-minute intro call. Rosa asks about your medication, your health and what feels scary to you. If a ceremony doesn't fit right now, she honestly says no. The amount is tailored to you together in the intro call.
In the intro call you describe what your stress looks like and what your body does with it. Rosa also asks about your health and medication, your blood pressure for example. If a ceremony doesn't fit right now, she tells you honestly.
“The intro call put me at ease right away.”
Participants' own words. Everyone experiences the day differently; this is not a promise.
“I had been super stressed for months and noticed I wasn't mentally present anymore.”
A truffle ceremony isn't a way to take stress away. Participants who are always switched on do describe going quiet during the day for the first time in a long while. It's a guided day for rest and reflection. With stress that comes with physical complaints, see your GP first.
You don't lose consciousness: you know where you are, you can talk, move and ask Rosa to come and sit beside you. For people who are always switched on, letting go on command is often the hardest part. So we don't ask for it. Meditation and sound healing give your body something to rest on, and Rosa stays in the room for the whole ceremony. Letting go isn't a condition here. If it happens, it's a result.
Keep the day of the ceremony completely free. It's wise not to fill the day after either, so you have time to let things settle. What you can do in the days before is on the preparation page.
The group is small, up to 8 people, and everyone is busy with their own experience. If that still doesn't feel right, you can choose a private ceremony (€495).
A group ceremony costs €295 per person, with up to 8 participants. A private ceremony costs €495; if you come as two, you pay €891 together. The day lasts about 7 hours and always includes meditation and sound healing. You start with a free 30-minute intro call.
A ceremony is not a replacement for medical or psychological care.

Plan a free 30-minute intro call. You tell Rosa where you are, she tells you what the day looks like, and together you look honestly at whether a ceremony fits you right now.
