A ceremony guide isn't someone who takes you somewhere. Rosa doesn't steer your experience. She holds the space, watches what happens and is there when you need her.
That starts before the day itself. In the intro call Rosa asks about your health, your medication and what you're looking for. Together you decide whether a ceremony suits you right now. If it isn't responsible, she'll honestly say no.
On the day, Rosa is in the room for the whole ceremony. You can talk, move and always ask her for support. The group is small, a maximum of 8 participants, or you choose a private ceremony.
Sound is her craft. Rosa trained as a sound healer and plays singing bowls live during every ceremony. For many participants that gives the busy head something to follow: you don't have to do anything, only listen. Meditation and sound healing are part of every ceremony, in a group and private.
Rosa isn't the right guide if you're looking for a party experience, or for treatment of a mental health condition. A doctor or psychologist is the right place for that. And sometimes a ceremony doesn't fit your health or medication right now. You'll hear that honestly in the intro call, before you've paid anything.
My own first ceremony was a turning point. I had known for a while that I was missing something big, but I had no words for what. In that one day I learned more about myself than I had in a long time. It was hard, and it was real.
I decided to train. Sound healing, ceremonial work, body-based and experiential work. At the same time I stayed a participant: attending ceremonies myself, continuing to question myself.
Stars Frequencies began as a dream and grew into a calling. I have now guided 400+ participants, and I still learn something every day.

A free 30-minute phone call. You say where you are, Rosa asks about medication and health, and you decide together.
You receive preparation for at home: what to eat, what to bring and how to write down your intention.
A day of about 7 hours, in a small group or private. Every ceremony includes meditation and sound healing with singing bowls. Rosa is present for the whole ceremony.
You share what you want, eat together and go home calmly. In the days after, you can send Rosa a message.

A ceremony guide prepares the day with you, holds the space and stays present for the whole ceremony. Rosa doesn't steer your experience: she watches over you, plays the singing bowls and is there when you need her. Beforehand, in the intro call, she talks through your health and medication.
With any provider, look at six things. Is there a personal conversation with screening beforehand? What happens at the start of the day, are you helped to land first? Do they work with truffles (legal) and not with mushrooms? How big is the group? Does the guide stay in the room the whole time? And is there attention for the time after? Rosa works from Amsterdam. Group ceremonies are in Amsterdam and sometimes in Blaricum; the retreat is at the Elsterdome in Elst (Gelderland). You get the address after the intro call.
A group ceremony costs €295 per person, with a maximum of 8 participants. A 1-on-1 truffle ceremony costs €495, and for two people you pay €850 together. The 30-minute intro call is free, and you only pay once it's clear a ceremony suits you.
