Free guided meditation by Rosa, with singing bowls

You can listen to a guided meditation by Rosa for free on Insight Timer and YouTube. You hear her voice and often singing bowls, and you don't need any skill: listening is enough. A way to step out of your head and land in your body at home, in 10 to 45 minutes.

What is a guided meditation?

With a guided meditation you don't have to do it alone. A voice takes you along: where to rest your attention, how to sit or lie down, what you might notice. That makes it easier for anyone whose head keeps talking the moment it gets quiet.

Rosa almost always works with sound. Beneath her voice you hear singing bowls, sometimes sound without words. Sound gives your mind something to follow. Meanwhile your body can settle. It's also how she works in her ceremonies and sound journeys, only here you do it at home, whenever it suits you.

How to listen as a beginner

  1. Pick a short meditation to begin with, of 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Put on headphones. Singing bowls sound fuller and you're less distracted.
  3. Sit or lie down somewhere you won't be disturbed for a while. Put your phone on silent.
  4. Does your mind wander? Notice it and come back to the voice or the sound. Coming back is the practice.
  5. Stay lying down for a minute afterwards before you get up.

Questions about the free meditations

What is a guided meditation?

A guided meditation is a meditation where someone leads you through the practice with their voice. You don't need to know or do anything special: you listen, follow the attention and let your body settle. With Rosa, singing bowls often sound beneath the voice.

Are Rosa's meditations really free?

Yes. Rosa's guided meditations and sound healing recordings are free on Insight Timer and YouTube. You don't need a subscription. Leave your email and you'll also get the links in your inbox.

I've never meditated. Where do I start?

Start with a short meditation of 10 to 12 minutes, such as Grounding or the Morning ritual. Find a place where you won't be disturbed for a while, put on headphones and sit or lie down. If your mind wanders, that's not a mistake. You come back to the voice or the sound.

What is the difference between a meditation and a truffle ceremony?

A meditation is something you do yourself, at home, whenever you like. A truffle ceremony is a guided day of about 7 hours with Rosa, in a small group or private, with an intro call first. Meditation and sound healing are a fixed part of every ceremony. A meditation at home is a calm way to feel whether this way of working suits you.

Is a meditation a replacement for help with health complaints?

No. A meditation is a moment of rest and attention, not a replacement for medical or psychological care. If you have complaints, discuss them with your GP or a psychologist.
