We collect and process the following personal data: • Name and contact details (email address, phone number) that you fill in yourself when signing up or contacting us via WhatsApp • Intake information you share in preparation for a ceremony (health information, intentions) • Payment details via Hipsy (we don't store payment details ourselves — this runs through Hipsy's secure platform) • Technical data such as IP address and browser information via analytics cookies (only with your consent) • Messages you send via WhatsApp or email

We use your data only for the following purposes: • Providing our services: guidance during ceremonies and sessions • Communication about your booking, preparation and aftercare • Improving our website and services (analytics data) • Sending information you have explicitly asked for We never sell your data to third parties and don't use it for commercial purposes beyond those listed above.

Our website uses cookies. There are two types: • Functional cookies: needed for the site to work properly. These are always placed. • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics or similar): help us understand how visitors use the site. These are only placed after your consent. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Intake information is treated confidentially and only shared when strictly necessary for the guidance.
