Sound healing resonates through your body. Your head gets quieter. That's often the first thing participants notice when Rosa strikes the first bowl: the vibration doesn't only come in through your ears, but through your chest, your belly and the floor beneath you.
In the workshop you don't just experience this, you learn to give it. You learn how to strike a bowl and let it sing, how to build a journey from quiet to full and back again, and how to guide someone lying on the mat. Lots of practice, little sitting.
You go home with the basics to create a sound journey yourself. And with a better sense of what sound does for you.
Sound is also a fixed part of the truffle ceremony at Stars Frequencies. Every ceremony includes meditation and sound healing with live singing bowls, so your head has something to follow and your body can settle. You don't have to let go on command.
