If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, a truffle ceremony is not suitable. That is fixed and part of the screening. If you're trying to get pregnant, discuss that beforehand as well.
You're very welcome to come on your own. The group ceremony is per person, and about half of the participants are doing it for the first time. No experience needed. Some women deliberately come without their partner, so the day is theirs.
With one to three friends, you choose a private ceremony for your own group. The screening is personal: each of you has your own intro call, in which Rosa goes through health and medication.
