These terms apply to every booking with Stars Frequencies: truffle ceremonies (in a group, private or together with others), retreats, sound healing workshops, cacao ceremonies and coaching. For orders in the webshop, article 12 also applies. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

You sign up through the form on the website. For a truffle ceremony or retreat there is always an intro call first, and an online questionnaire about your health and medication. Your booking is only final once Rosa confirms after that call and your payment is in. Rosa may decline your participation if, in her judgement, it isn't safe or responsible. In that case you either haven't paid anything yet, or you get your payment back in full.

You must be 18 or older to take part in a truffle ceremony or retreat.

Prices are listed on the website and include VAT. After the intro call you receive the payment details. You pay by bank transfer to the Stars Frequencies account, within the term stated in the email. Your place is confirmed once your payment is in. You then receive an invoice. If you don't pay within the term, Rosa may give your place to someone else.

You cancel or move your booking by email or WhatsApp. The date of your message counts. • Up to 14 days before the ceremony: move to another date free of charge, or a refund, possibly minus administration costs. • Between 14 and 7 days before: 50% of the amount back, or move the full amount once to a new date. • Within 7 days of the ceremony: no refund. • Moving to another date is only possible in consultation and if there is room. • No-show: no refund. • If you can't take part safely for medical or psychological reasons, or Rosa decides after the intake that taking part isn't responsible, you get a fair solution, such as a refund or a credit.

If a ceremony or retreat can't go ahead, for example because Rosa is ill or because of circumstances beyond her control, you'll hear as soon as possible. You then choose: a new date, or a full refund of the amount you paid. Other costs, such as travel or hotel costs, are not reimbursed by Stars Frequencies.

Fill in the questionnaire honestly and completely. If anything changes in your health or medication before the ceremony, tell Rosa before the ceremony. Rosa uses your information to decide whether taking part is responsible. If you give incorrect or incomplete information, that is your own responsibility. A truffle ceremony is not suitable if, for example, you take lithium or MAO inhibitors, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you or a first-degree relative has ever had psychosis or schizophrenia. • You only take what Rosa offers during the ceremony. Don't bring your own substances, alcohol or drugs. • You follow the agreements and instructions of Rosa and her team. They are there for your safety and that of the group. • If someone puts their own safety or the group's safety at risk, Rosa may end that person's participation. If this happens because you didn't keep to the agreements, you won't get a refund. • Don't drive yourself home after the ceremony. Arrange transport in advance. • What others share in the group stays in the group.

You take part at your own responsibility. Rosa guides with care, but can't guarantee how a ceremony will go for you or what it will bring. Stars Frequencies is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information you gave, or by not following the agreements and instructions. Stars Frequencies is also not liable for loss of or damage to belongings you bring. If Stars Frequencies is liable after all, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ceremony, retreat or session. This limit does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.

In the webshop, Stars Frequencies sells singing bowls and ceremonial cacao. For an order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the product. If you want to return it, let us know within those 14 days at info@starsfrequencies.nl. You return the product unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are yours. You get the purchase amount back within 14 days of receiving your message. Opened packs of cacao can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Stars Frequencies may change these terms. Your booking is covered by the terms that were on this page on the day you signed up. Version: October 2026.
