From Leiden Centraal you have two good options. The direct intercity runs all the way to Amsterdam Centraal in about 38 minutes. Changing to a sprinter at Schiphol can save a few minutes. For a calm journey, the direct train is the nicest: you simply stay in your seat until you arrive.
You get the address in Amsterdam after the intro call. Give yourself some spare time so you never have to rush for a connection.
Leiden is a city of studying, research and thinking things through. Many people who come to Rosa recognise that: they know a lot about themselves, yet feel less than they would like to. The ceremony doesn't ask you to switch that thinking off.
About half of the participants are doing it for the first time. No experience needed. You begin with a free 30-minute intro call in which Rosa looks at whether a ceremony suits you right now.
You choose between a group of up to 8 people (€295 per person) and a private ceremony (€495). The day lasts about 7 hours. Afterwards, take the train back to Leiden or get picked up: you don't drive yourself that day.
You don't have to let go on command. Meditation and sound healing with live singing bowls belong to every ceremony, and Rosa stays in the room throughout. Tell her in the intro call what makes you nervous, and she will take it into account.
