A truffle ceremony with Stars Frequencies is a full day in Amsterdam, not a single evening. It starts before the day itself: in a 30-minute intro call you share where you are, Rosa asks about your medication and health, and together you decide whether a ceremony suits you right now.
After the intro call you receive a truffle guide with all the information: what to do and avoid in the days before, food advice, what to bring, and how to keep the day after free and calm. The amount is tuned to each person, based on the intake and your experience.
On the day itself, meditation and sound healing with live singing bowls are a fixed part. The group ceremony runs from 11:00 to 18:00 in Amsterdam, 10 minutes from Schiphol airport; a private ceremony takes place in Blaricum. You get the address after the intro call. Rosa is in the room for the whole ceremony and you can always ask her for support. Afterwards you share whatever you want to share in the closing sharing circle, and you eat a warm meal together.
A check-in after a week is included, and you can always message or call Rosa. That's part of the price, just like the intro call and the truffle guide. You also get a free goodie afterwards.
In the group ceremony you're with at most 8 people. Everyone is in their own experience and you only share what you want to. About half of the participants are doing it for the first time. No experience needed.
Choose private if you find it hard to open up with others around, or if you want a date that fits your own calendar. If you'd like to share the day with someone you trust, you each pay €425.

You can book a 1-on-1 truffle ceremony with Stars Frequencies in Amsterdam for €495. You start with a free 30-minute intro call through the sign-up form or WhatsApp. After that you plan a date together. The day is then just for you, or for you and the people you bring.
Neither is better; it depends on what you need. In the group (at most 8 people) everyone is in their own experience and you only share what you want to; many participants find the small group calming. If you find it hard to open up with others around, or you want all the attention for yourself, choose private. Rosa thinks it through with you in the intro call.
For two people you pay €425 per person. For your own group of 3 people you pay €350 per person, for 4 people €325 per person. For a group of more than 4 people the price is on request. Each of you has your own intro call.
You don't pay anything when you sign up. First there's the intro call. Only once it's clear a ceremony suits you do you arrange payment by bank transfer.
Up to 14 days before the ceremony: move to another date free of charge, or a refund, possibly minus administration costs. Between 14 and 7 days before: 50% of the amount back, or move the full amount once to a new date. Within 7 days of the ceremony: no refund. Moving to another date is only possible in consultation and if there is room. No-show: no refund. If you can't take part safely for medical or psychological reasons, or Rosa decides after the intake that taking part isn't responsible, you get a fair solution, such as a refund or a credit. Questions about rescheduling can go to Rosa on WhatsApp.
