Stars Frequencies organises retreats in the Netherlands with Rosa. The Truffle Retreat in the Elsterdome in Elst (Gelderland) is on 17 and 18 October 2026: two days with an overnight stay, a mixed group of 6 to 12 participants, €395 early bird up to and including Saturday 10 October 2026 and €495 after that. There is also a day retreat in a yurt with cacao, yin yoga and singing bowls.
A retreat gives you something an ordinary day rarely does: time to arrive before anything needs to happen. Your phone can go away, your head is allowed to slow down.
If you live in your head a lot, you often need more than a morning to settle. On a retreat, that time is there. You travel, you leave your ordinary day behind and you arrive at a place where nothing is asked of you.
At Stars Frequencies retreats, that landing is central. You start with rest: arriving, getting to know the surroundings, sharing in a small circle. Only then does the main programme follow. On the Truffle Retreat that's the truffle ceremony, in the yurt retreat it's the cacao and the sound.
A retreat close to home, without a flight. That makes it easier to free up two days for it, and to return home calmly afterwards.
Two days in a round dome among the fields. You arrive on the first afternoon and first get time to rest and land. Then comes a sharing and a short breathwork session, and only then does the truffle ceremony with Rosa begin.
You sleep one night on location. The second morning starts with meditation, breathing techniques and yoga with Kim and sound healing with Rosa, followed by a sharing and an organic breakfast. Around midday you close together.
You don't pay anything yet. After signing up, an intake comes first.

The Truffle Retreat is new. What earlier participants say about a truffle ceremony with Rosa, you can read in the experiences.
A retreat is a bigger step. If you'd like to meet Rosa first, that's possible on a single day too.
Stars Frequencies organises two kinds of retreats with Rosa: the Truffle Retreat in the Elsterdome in Elst (Gelderland), two days with an overnight stay on 17 and 18 October 2026, and a day retreat in a yurt with cacao, yin yoga and singing bowls, whose next date is not known yet. Both retreats give you time to arrive calmly first.
The Truffle Retreat costs €395 early bird up to and including Saturday 10 October 2026, then €495. That includes the truffle ceremony with Rosa, breathwork and yoga with Kim, sound healing with singing bowls by Rosa, an overnight stay, organic dinner and breakfast and the sharing circles on both days.
A maximum of 12 people join the Truffle Retreat. The group is small, so Rosa knows everyone and there's room to share what you want.
No. The yurt retreat works with ceremonial cacao, yin yoga and sound, without truffles. If you're looking for a retreat with a truffle ceremony, choose the Truffle Retreat in the Elsterdome.
Yes. You can sign up on your own. The group is small and there's a sharing circle on both days. You only share what you want to.
You don't pay anything when you sign up. Rosa first sends you an intake form and you plan a short call. Only once the retreat suits you do you arrange payment.
About half of the participants are doing it for the first time. No experience needed. For the Truffle Retreat you start with an intake, so you know what to expect and can see together whether it suits you.
Want to join the Truffle Retreat, or first find out whether it suits you? Sign up or ask Rosa your question. You only pay once you've checked together that it fits.
