Truffle retreat in the Netherlands: two days to arrive, rest and feel

The Stars Frequencies Truffle Retreat is a two-day truffle retreat in the Netherlands on 17 and 18 October 2026 in the Elsterdome, with a truffle ceremony guided by Rosa and breathwork and yoga with Kim. You stay one night on location, with organic dinner and breakfast included. The retreat costs €495, or €395 as early bird until Saturday 10 October 2026, for a maximum of 12 participants, and you pay nothing when you sign up.

Weekend truffle retreat in the Netherlands with accommodation

The retreat runs over one weekend: Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October 2026. It takes place in the Elsterdome, a round dome among the fields. You arrive on Saturday afternoon, the truffle ceremony starts that evening, you sleep on location, and on Sunday you come back gently before closing at noon.

Accommodation is part of the retreat. You spend one night on location, and organic dinner and breakfast are included. You don't have to arrange anything for the night itself: bring what you need to sleep over, and the rest is taken care of.

Some people find this page while searching for a psilocybin retreat in the Netherlands, or a psychedelic retreat near Amsterdam. This retreat works with truffles, which are legal in the Netherlands and not listed in the Opium Act. It isn't a festival and it isn't a performance. It's two quiet days, a small group and a clear structure.

Why two days: first rest and breathwork, then the ceremony

Many of the people who come to Rosa know themselves well. They understand their patterns, they've read the books, they can explain exactly why they feel stuck. What they miss is feeling it. And the idea of letting go can be the scariest part, because letting go sounds like losing control.

The retreat is built for that. Letting go is not a requirement. It is a result. So the first afternoon asks nothing of you. You arrive, rest and take in the surroundings. Then there is a sharing circle and 30 minutes of breathwork with Kim. Only after that, at five in the evening, does the truffle ceremony begin. Your body has had a few hours to settle before anything else happens.

The programme, as it stands for 17 and 18 October 2026
TimeDay 1 (Saturday)
14:00Arrival: rest, land and take in the surroundings
15:30Sharing and breathwork (30 min)

TimeDay 2 (Sunday)
08:00Meditation, breathing techniques, yoga and sound healing

The morning after matters as much as the evening. Instead of going straight home, you wake up in the same place, move and breathe with Kim, share what you want to share and eat breakfast together. That gives you time to come back at your own pace.

What's included in the truffle retreat

  • Truffle ceremony guided by Rosa
  • Breathwork and yoga session with Kim
  • Sound healing with singing bowls
  • Overnight stay on location
  • Organic dinner and breakfast
  • Sharing circles on both days

Before the retreat you also get an intake form and a short call with Rosa. That call is where you talk about your health, your medication and whatever feels daunting, and where you decide together whether the retreat suits you right now.

How much does a truffle retreat typically cost?

This truffle retreat costs €495 per person. If you sign up as early bird, until Saturday 10 October 2026, it costs €395. That price covers both days: the truffle ceremony with Rosa, breathwork and yoga with Kim, sound healing, the sharing circles, one night on location, and organic dinner and breakfast.

Prices for retreats vary a lot, and we'd rather not compare with numbers we can't check. What we can tell you is how this retreat relates to a single day with Rosa: a group truffle ceremony in Amsterdam costs €295 per person for a day of about 7 hours, without an overnight stay. You'll find all day prices on the prices page.

You pay nothing when you sign up. Rosa first sends you an intake form and you plan a short call. Only once it's clear the retreat is right for you do you arrange payment.

Your guides: Rosa and Kim

Rosa is a ceremony facilitator and sound healer, and the founder of Stars Frequencies. She guides the truffle ceremony and watches over the safety and calm of the group, from the intake to the closing. She is in the room for the whole ceremony. You can talk, move and ask her to come and sit with you.

Kim guides the breathwork and yoga sessions. Breath and movement as a way into more space in body and mind, without having to think your way there.

“In the end I took the step anyway, because I finally wanted to feel something again instead of just thinking. I had been in my head for so long that I no longer knew what was underneath.”
Daniel · Website, truffle ceremony with Rosa (translated from Dutch)

This retreat is new, so these words come from someone who joined one of Rosa's truffle ceremonies before. More stories are on the experiences page.

Who this truffle retreat is for, and who it isn't for

The retreat suits you if you want to take your time: an afternoon to arrive, a ceremony in the evening and a morning to come back gently. It suits you if you live a lot in your head and want room to feel again, without it having to happen on command. And whether or not it's your first time, it suits you if you'd rather do this in a small group than alone.

It isn't for you if you're looking for a party experience, or for treatment of a mental health condition; a doctor or therapist is the right place for that. It also isn't for you if one of the contraindications applies, such as psychosis or schizophrenia in yourself or a first-degree family member, bipolar type I, lithium or MAO inhibitors, or pregnancy. The full list is on the safety page.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the truffle retreat

Is the retreat guided in English?

Ask Rosa. Write to her on WhatsApp and ask whether taking part in English is possible for you. We don't want to promise it here before she has confirmed it.

I've never done a ceremony before. Is this for me?

It can be. About half of the participants are doing it for the first time. No experience needed. You start with an intake and a short call with Rosa, so you know what to expect and can see together whether the retreat is right for you.

I'm coming alone. Is that strange?

No, you can sign up on your own. The group is small, a maximum of 12 participants, and there is a sharing circle on both days. Rosa is in the room for the whole ceremony and looks out for everyone.

What if I get scared during the ceremony?

That's allowed, and many people feel nervous beforehand. During the ceremony Rosa is in the room the whole time. You can talk, move and ask her to come and sit with you. Whatever feels daunting, you discuss beforehand in the intake.

I take medication or have a health condition. Can I join?

You discuss that in the intake with Rosa. Mention all medication you take, and together you look at whether taking part is wise for you. With some medication a ceremony isn't possible. If in doubt, also check with your GP. A ceremony is not a replacement for medical or psychological care.

What do I bring?

Bring loose clothing you can sit and lie in comfortably, and what you need for one night on location. You're welcome to bring your own sleep mask, and there are also some ready for you. After signing up you receive a guide with everything about the preparation.

How does payment work?

You don't pay anything when you sign up. Rosa then sends you an intake form and you plan a short call together. Only once the retreat is right for you do you arrange payment. The early bird price of €395 applies until Saturday 10 October 2026, after that the price is €495.

Are truffles legal in the Netherlands?

Yes. Truffles (sclerotia) are legal in the Netherlands and are not listed in the Opium Act. Mushrooms are banned. Stars Frequencies only works with legal truffles.

Would you like to join the retreat?

Send Rosa a message on WhatsApp. She sends you an intake form and you plan a short call. You pay nothing when you sign up.
