A truffle ceremony at Stars Frequencies is a guided day of about 7 hours in Amsterdam, for people who feel stuck in self-criticism and want room to look at themselves more gently. It isn't a shortcut to self-love. Rosa guides you in a small group of up to 8 people (€295 per person) or privately (€495), after a free intro call.
You're good to others. You listen, you help, you forgive. With yourself you're a lot stricter. A mistake lingers for days, a compliment slides off.
You know you're allowed to be gentler. You've read the affirmations. But the voice in your head just keeps talking: not good enough yet, could have done better, who do you think you are.
Self-love isn't something you can think up. So some people look for an experience in which they can see themselves differently for a moment, not through their head but through their body.
Letting go isn't a condition. It's a result. People who are hard on themselves are hard on the ceremony too: am I doing this right? Here there's no right or wrong. You start with landing, and gentleness can follow.
Which health situations rule a ceremony out, you can read on the page about safety and contraindications.
You arrive calmly. Rosa leads the meditation and plays the singing bowls live in the room. Your mind gets something to follow and your body can settle. Meditation and sound healing are part of every ceremony, private and duo ceremonies too. You don't have to let go of anything before you're ready.
For people who are hard on themselves, the day starts with something you can't do right or wrong: listening. Rosa leads the meditation, the singing bowls sound, and you don't have to perform anything. Not even in how you relax.
A difficult moment can happen. You're not alone with it. Rosa stays in the room for the whole ceremony and there is always an emergency protocol. You can talk, move and ask Rosa to come and sit beside you. Difficult moments are part of it; they're not a sign that something is going wrong.
Sometimes the harsh voice gets loud during the ceremony. Rosa helps you notice that voice without believing it. She comes to sit with you if you ask, and stays in the room for as long as the ceremony runs.
“At the hardest moment, Rosa stayed beside me.”
Every ceremony starts with a free 30-minute intro call. Rosa asks about your medication, your health and what feels scary to you. If a ceremony doesn't fit right now, she honestly says no. The amount is tailored to you together in the intro call.
In the intro call you share what you keep running into. Rosa also asks about your health and medication. The call isn't a test: there's no right answer, only an honest one.
“The intro call put me at ease right away.”
No, a ceremony doesn't promise that. Participants do describe looking at themselves differently during the day, more gently and less harshly. What you do with that happens in the weeks and months after, in your everyday life.
You don't lose consciousness: you know where you are, you can talk, move and ask Rosa to come and sit beside you. For people who are hard on themselves, letting go on command is often the hardest part. So we don't ask for it. Meditation and sound healing give your body something to rest on, and Rosa stays in the room for the whole ceremony. Letting go isn't a condition here. If it happens, it's a result.
There's no right or wrong. Some participants feel a lot, others mainly calm. Rosa doesn't ask you to achieve anything. That question, whether you're doing it right, you can simply bring along. It's part of it.
No. You can come alone to a group ceremony (up to 8 people) or choose a private ceremony. In the group, everyone is busy with their own experience.
A group ceremony costs €295 per person, with up to 8 participants. A private ceremony costs €495; if you come as two, you pay €891 together. The day lasts about 7 hours and always includes meditation and sound healing. You start with a free 30-minute intro call.
A ceremony is not a replacement for medical or psychological care.
