A truffle ceremony at Stars Frequencies is a guided day of about 7 hours in Amsterdam, for people who feel stuck on the question of what really matters in life. It doesn't give you an answer, but it does give room for rest, reflection and personal growth. Rosa guides you in a small group of up to 8 people (€295 per person) or privately (€495).
On paper your life adds up. Work, a home, people around you. And still there's that question, on a Sunday evening or in the middle of a meeting: is this it?
You've already thought about it. A lot. Made lists, had conversations, maybe worked with a coach. Your head has ten answers and none of them feels like yours.
For some people a ceremony is a way to approach that question not with the head, but to feel what's underneath. The answer doesn't arrive on the day itself. Often a direction does.
Letting go isn't a condition. It's a result. People searching for meaning often want to understand it first. But meaning rarely lets itself be thought up. Here you start with landing, and insight can come when it comes.
Which health situations rule a ceremony out, you can read on the page about safety and contraindications.
You arrive calmly. Rosa leads the meditation and plays the singing bowls live in the room. Your mind gets something to follow and your body can settle. Meditation and sound healing are part of every ceremony, private and duo ceremonies too. You don't have to let go of anything before you're ready.
For people who think a lot about the big questions, the day starts small. You breathe, you listen to the singing bowls, you notice your body. Rosa leads the meditation. The big question can move to the background for a while.
A difficult moment can happen. You're not alone with it. Rosa stays in the room for the whole ceremony and there is always an emergency protocol. You can talk, move and ask Rosa to come and sit beside you. Difficult moments are part of it; they're not a sign that something is going wrong.
Sometimes a ceremony brings up something unexpected: a longing, a sadness, an old dream. That can be confronting. Rosa stays in the room for the whole ceremony and helps you let it be, without having to do something with it straight away.
“At the hardest moment, Rosa stayed beside me.”
Every ceremony starts with a free 30-minute intro call. Rosa asks about your medication, your health and what feels scary to you. If a ceremony doesn't fit right now, she honestly says no. The amount is tailored to you together in the intro call.
In the intro call you share the question you're coming with. Rosa also asks about your health and medication. Together you look at whether a group ceremony or a private ceremony fits best.
“The intro call put me at ease right away.”
Participants' own words. Everyone experiences the day differently; this is not a promise.
“I feel more calm and trust in where I stand now and in the choices I make. At the same time, the direction for the coming period feels a lot clearer.”
“This really is an experience that opens things and creates space, something you keep benefiting from for years.”
A truffle ceremony doesn't promise insight, but it does give room to look at your life differently. Participants describe, for example, that a direction felt clearer, or that they noticed what they already knew. What you experience differs per person and per day.
You don't lose consciousness: you know where you are, you can talk, move and ask Rosa to come and sit beside you. For people who think a lot about the big questions, letting go on command is often the hardest part. So we don't ask for it. Meditation and sound healing give your body something to rest on, and Rosa stays in the room for the whole ceremony. Letting go isn't a condition here. If it happens, it's a result.
It helps, but it doesn't have to be a perfect sentence. In the intro call you talk with Rosa about what's on your mind. Often a question is enough, such as: what does it really come down to for me?
After the ceremony there's time to share and to land. The real integration happens in the weeks after, in your everyday life. What you can do after the day is on the preparation page.
A group ceremony costs €295 per person, with up to 8 participants. A private ceremony costs €495; if you come as two, you pay €891 together. The day lasts about 7 hours and always includes meditation and sound healing. You start with a free 30-minute intro call.
A ceremony is not a replacement for medical or psychological care.
