Why people hesitate between a group and private
Many people who get in touch live mostly in their heads. They want to feel again, but they're afraid of losing control. And then there's another question on top: do I want to do this with other people in the room? For some, a group feels safe. For others, it's the one thing that holds them back.
“I see myself as a fighter, a tough person who doesn't open up easily, especially not with other people around.”
Both options are good. It isn't about which one is better, but about what suits you right now. Below you'll find the difference, when a private truffle ceremony makes sense, and what it costs.
Group or private truffle ceremony: which is better?
Neither is better: a group gives connection and recognition, a private ceremony gives you full attention and your own pace. Which one fits depends on who you are and what you're working through.
The group ceremony
In a group ceremony you share the room, the music and the guidance with up to 7 others. That can be a real support. You notice you're not the only one, and yet everyone stays with their own experience. It's the option most people choose, at €295 per person.
“The group was small and felt really good from the start. Nothing was forced, and precisely because everyone was so absorbed in their own journey, I wasn't distracted from mine.”
The private ceremony
In a private ceremony Rosa is there for you alone. She tunes the pace, the music and the guidance to what you need in that moment. You can talk whenever you want, stay quiet as long as you like, and nobody else is watching.
When does a private truffle ceremony suit you?
- You don't open up easily when other people are in the room.
- You want to explore something personal that you'd rather not share in a group.
- Privacy matters to you, for example because of your work or the people around you.
- You find it daunting and would like to get used to it without others nearby.
- You've done a ceremony before and now want more personal attention.
If one or more of these sounds like you, a private ceremony is worth considering. Not sure? Talk it through in the intro call. Rosa will think it through with you and help you choose.
“I was convinced I would slide into something I couldn't stop anymore. At the hardest moment, Rosa stayed right beside me.”
How a private ceremony unfolds
A private ceremony isn't a slimmed-down version of the group day. It also takes about 7 hours, and meditation and sound healing with singing bowls are a fixed part of it too. They help your body settle and give your head something to follow. Rosa is in the room for the whole ceremony.
The view at Stars Frequencies: letting go is not a condition. It is a result. You don't have to force anything. In a private setting, people often find they dare to feel sooner, precisely because nobody else is there.
“During the one-on-one truffle and cacao ceremony with Rosa, I felt held by her calm and her presence from the very first moment.”

Where can I book a private one-on-one truffle ceremony in the Netherlands?
You can book a private one-on-one truffle ceremony with Stars Frequencies in Amsterdam, and it always starts with a free 30-minute intro call on WhatsApp. In that call Rosa asks about your health and any medication. That's the screening. She'll also tell you honestly if a ceremony isn't right for you at the moment.
Only once you both feel good about it do you pick a date. We tune the amount to you together in the intro call. About half of the participants are doing it for the first time. No experience needed.
