Rosa works with meditation and sound healing. Sound gives a busy mind something to follow, and the body can settle. It's part of every ceremony, including a corporate one.
During the ceremony everyone is in their own experience. You only share what you want to. What participants often describe is that they see each other differently afterwards: less as a job title, more as a person.
The day closes calmly, with sharing and a meal. A group debrief follows. What someone takes back to work is up to them. Rosa doesn't promise results, she promises careful guidance.
