A truffle ceremony is an intentional, guided session in which truffles are used as a tool for healing, self-insight and transformation. It's not a recreational experience — it's serious inner work.
Set (mindset), setting (environment) and guidance are the three pillars of a safe, healing ceremony. Without these three elements, the chances of a beneficial experience drop sharply. A professional guide keeps the space safe, helps you through difficult moments, and supports you with integration afterward.
A ceremony begins with setting an intention and an opening. Participants take the truffles and lie down comfortably with an eye mask and headphones. Music guides the journey. Facilitators are present throughout for support. After 4–6 hours the peak has passed, followed by a closing conversation in the circle.
Ceremonies are suitable for adults 18+ without a personal or family history of psychosis or schizophrenia. For people using antidepressants, we always consult with a doctor first. An intro call beforehand determines whether the ceremony is responsible for you.
A full-day ceremony at Stars Frequencies costs €250 per person. This includes the intake, preparation, the ceremony itself, a meal and integration support afterward. Payment plans can be discussed.
