Curious what a truffle ceremonie really looks like from the inside? No marketing, no sugarcoating — just an honest, step-by-step overview of what happens on such a day. From arrival to farewell.
Arrival and welcome (approx. 09:30–10:00)
You are received in the ceremonial space — set with candles, flowers and singing bowls. There is tea and space to settle in. There is no rush. Guides are present to welcome you and the atmosphere is warm and calm. This is intentional: the setting begins before the ceremonie officially starts.
Opening in the circle (approx. 10:00–10:30)
We sit together in a circle. Everyone briefly shares their intention for the day — what they hope to discover, release or process. There is no right or wrong intention. This is followed by a short breathing exercise that calms the nervous system and deepens presence.
The intake (approx. 10:30)
The truffles are taken as part of a ritual — with attention and intention. Each person's intention is acknowledged at this moment. The first 30–60 minutes are quiet: you lie down with an eye mask and headphones, and the music begins. The effects come on gradually.
The peak (approx. hours 1.5–4)
During the peak phase, the effects are strongest. Thoughts may speed up or slow down, visuals appear, emotions surface. Our guides are present throughout — you are never alone. You do not need to do anything. You only need to receive. Music and sound healing guide you through the process.
The landing (approx. hours 4–6)
The experience gradually descends. The music becomes quieter, the visuals softer. Many people describe this as 'landing again' — with a feeling of gratitude or clarity. Guides are present for those who want contact. You don't need to talk if you need silence.
The sharing circle and closing (approx. hour 6+)
We close the day in a circle. Everyone shares — if they wish — a word about their experience. This supports integration and creates a feeling of connection. Afterwards there is space for a light meal, conversation and a gentle departure. We advise keeping the evening quiet.
After the ceremonie: what now?
After the ceremonie you receive an integration guide and are welcome for a debrief. Stars Frequencies always offers integration support — because what you do with your insights after the ceremonie determines how deep the change goes.
