One day. That is all it takes to learn the foundation of sound healing — from theory to practice, from the first touch of a singing bowl to guiding your first mini-session. Here is what is on the programme of the Stars Frequencies Sound Healing Workshop.
Morning: theory and context
The day begins with the scientific and spiritual foundation of sound healing. What is entrainment and how do brain waves synchronise with sound? What are binaural beats and how do they work? What are the safety guidelines and contraindications when working with sound? We also discuss the different types of instruments and their applications. This theoretical foundation makes the difference between someone who plays instruments and someone who truly guides.
Afternoon: practice with singing bowls
After lunch the real work begins. You learn how to hold a crystal singing bowl, how to play it with a mallet, how to sustain the tone and how to move from one bowl to the next. We work with multiple bowls simultaneously and you experience how the combination of frequencies creates a completely different atmosphere from a single tone. Everyone receives individual attention from Rosa.
Chakra balancing and aura cleansing
We go deeper into the relationship between sound and the energetic body. How do you use specific notes and frequencies for the seven chakras? How do you work with sound for aura cleansing? These are practical techniques you can apply immediately — both for yourself and for others.
Practice: your first sound session
The highlight of the day: you lead a short, complete healing session for a fellow participant. You are the guide — the other person lies down, eyes closed, and receives. This is the most intensive exercise, but also the most valuable. You discover what it feels like to be present for someone else, how you build trust and how the instruments do their work.
Taking home
After the workshop you go home with a certificate, a comprehensive guide with techniques and repertoire, and the foundation to practise on your own.
