Yes. Magic truffles (sclerotia) are fully legal in the Netherlands and do not fall under the Opium Act. You may buy, possess and use them. Stars Frequencies works exclusively with legal truffles within a fully transparent and lawful framework.
In 2008, the Netherlands banned the possession and sale of fresh magic mushrooms. This ban appears in list I of the Opium Act. Magic truffles — the sclerotia of the same fungal species — fell outside this ban and have been fully legal ever since.
Several Dutch courts have confirmed this. Truffles are not banned, even though they contain psilocybin. You can buy them in smartshops, order them online and use them — all within Dutch law.

This makes the Netherlands unique in Europe: it is one of the few countries where truffles are openly available and guided ceremonieën are offered entirely legally.
We work with certified, legal sclerotia from Dutch suppliers. No mushrooms, no illegal substances.
Every participant has a personal intro call before the ceremonie. We screen for medical contraindications and say no when necessary.
A qualified facilitator is present throughout the entire day. We do not leave the location while the ceremonie is running.
Every participant provides informed consent. We are fully open about what we do, how we do it and what the risks are.
Truffles are legal in the Netherlands but banned in most other countries. Taking them across the border — even within the EU — is illegal. Always use them on Dutch soil. If you're travelling from abroad: the ceremonie takes place in the Netherlands and you use the truffles on-site.
